Global sanctions hit Putin’s family and major Russian banks

The latest global sanctions target Russia’s major banks and Vladimir Putin’s daughters while Russia’s massive energy industry remains largely untouched. This comes as a vote is scheduled in the U.N. that could result in Russia being removed from the Human Rights Council. Nancy Cordes reports.
