Russell Wilson, Ciara list massive Seattle-area house, property for sale, seek staggering $36 million
The Russell Wilson era is officially over in Seattle. The longtime Seahawks quarterback was traded to the Broncos last month, ending his tenure in Seattle after eight seasons.
Now, the Super Bowl-winning quarterback is departing the city where he starred, serving as one of the best QBs of his generation.
That means it’s time to sell a home. The couple listed their house in Bellevue, Washington, for sale. It will cost potential buyers a pretty penny, however — $28 million dollars.
Russell Wilson & Ciara are selling their Seattle home.
Wilson bought it for $6.7 million in 2015 & has listed it for $28 million — a potential 318% increase.

From the listing description:
“A signature waterfront estate offering elevated living, exquisite design and exceptional views. Bask in bluff-top privacy and beachside fun. Luxury, by the numbers: Main level has flawless 180° views; 20-ft tall entry rotunda; 2 dining spaces; epicurean kitchen with 8-burner stove + 14-ft prep island; pro gym off the 3-bay garage. Upper level has 4 en-suite bedrooms, 2 balconies, 200+ square feet of closet space, 1 Hollywood-worthy glam room. Lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 cinema, 1 dance/yoga studio, a 3-story elevator and 3 large play spaces. The exterior has 3 patios, 12 parking spots, a 2-story treehouse, 3-slip dock, 2 jet ski lifts. Combine neighboring property for 270’ of Lake Washington frontage. It all adds up to a champion’s life.”
The couple’s house is decked out with amenities, including six bedrooms, a basketball court, a theater and a recording studio. With beautiful marble countertops and sleek hardwood and marble floor, it’s a palace fit for royalty. Given its price point, it seems Wilson and Ciara would agree.
But fear not, there’s more! Wilson and Ciara are looking to combine the estate with another property next door. Prospective buyers should be prepared to spend $36 million to purchase the house.
They are attempting to combine it with an $8 million piece of land next door—which would give you 270 feet of shoreline—for a total price of $36 million.
That’s an estimated monthly payment of ~$165K.

Wilson, meanwhile, turns his attention to Denver, hoping to make his mark in a stacked AFC West Division that now houses some of the biggest names in the sport. Rumors swirled throughout the 2021 season linking Wilson with a move away — the Seahawks are firmly entrenched in rebuilding while Wilson, 33, is looking to compete for more titles.
Still, his legacy remains in Seattle. And, if you’re in the market for a glitzy new pad in the Seattle-area, you could do a lot worse than Wilson and Ciara’s glitzy Bellevue residence.
