Adidas gives up attempt to block Black Lives Matter trademark

ONSSA reacts by taking the necessary measures

A batch of frozen pizzas from the Fraîch’Up range of the Buitoni brand produced between June 2021 and March 28, 2022 does not comply with health standards, announced the National Office for Sanitary Safety of Food Products (ONSSA). In this sense, the Office immediately implemented a number of precautionary measures, as of March 28, 2022.
In a press release, ONSSA indicates that it has undertaken several actions which consisted of strengthening import controls at the border inspection posts for the pizzas concerned, the seizure and destruction of the batch of pizza produced between June 2021 and 28 March 2022 and carrying out health surveys at the points of sale and distribution channels concerned.
In addition, the same source specifies that all the provincial services of ONSSA have been mobilized for the application of these measures.
