
Coronavirus/Morocco: Less than 20 positive cases in most regions

Morocco has recorded 74 new cases carrying the coronavirus in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases recorded nationally since the start of the epidemic to 1,163,962.
Currently, the total of active cases rises to 773, among them, 19 cases are in serious condition. Over the past 24 hours, the number of fully vaccinated people (having received 2 doses) has reached 23,268,613 while the people who have received the 1st dose of the vaccine is estimated at 24,793,811 according to the Ministry of Health. And for the 3rd dose, it is 6,179,181 new doses injected.

Same assessment for the regions: Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, Oriental and Béni Mellal-Khenifra with cases respectively in Tangier-Assilah for the first, Oujda-Angad and Nador for the second, Khouribga and Béni Mellal for the last.
Finally, only 1 case carrying the virus was identified in the regions of Souss -Massa and Guelmim -Oued Noun, in Agadir-Ida -Ou-Tanane and Sidi Ifni.
