Venezuela vs. Canada prediction, odds
Make no mistake, this is a very difficult match for Canada — who are bidding to make the semifinals on their debut Copa America appearance.
Despite coming into this tournament on a five-match winless streak, Venezuela have been clearly the better side in all three of their Copa America matches to this point.
Venezuela are being rewarded for testing themselves against strong competition before the tournament, when they played to a close friendly defeat against Italy. Against the Europeans, Venezuela matched them on shots and created a whopping five “big chances” but fell just short in the finishing department.
With strong plus odds on the moneyline, they are primed to see their way through to the semifinals, where defending champions Argentina await.

Copa America 2024 odds, futures to win tournament
Understandably, FIFA’s top-ranked side Argentina — defending Copa America champions and fresh off a World Cup crown — were the strong favorites to win this year’s competition as the tournament got under way.
Brazil were right there as second-favorites, but that’s largely on brand recognition as they enter the competition in significant turmoil and without injured talisman Neymar. The in-form South American sides are Uruguay and Colombia, while hosts USA were amongst the second tier of title contenders but failed to prove their worth, as they exited early.
