Wafasalaf posts a record customer recommendation index
A reference in consumer credit in Morocco and with more than 30 years of expertise, Wafasalaf, a subsidiary of the Atijariwafa Bank Group and Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, comes in first place with a record Customer Recommendation Index of +46 in as part of a study conducted by the international firm IPSOS.
A representative sample, made up of “Individual” customers with consumer credit, was interviewed via a telephone collection. The results were calculated on the basis of customer satisfaction, deployed when subscribing to the loan, customer recommendation and loyalty intention of the latter for the next two years.
The customer satisfaction rate thus shows an average score of 8.4/10, while the Customer Recommendation Index (CRI) is positioned at a score of +46 in 2021.
Significant developments that allow Wafasalaf to rise to first position in terms of IRC, thus reaching a record level.
