The Berkane Renaissance beat the Jeunesse Sportive Salmi at home with a score of 4 to 3 on Saturday at the Berkane municipal stadium, in a match counting for the 22nd day of the Botola Pro D1 “Inwi”.

The Oranges kept until the last minute their lead obtained during the first period (4-1).

During the first half of the season, JS Salmi and RS Berkane drew for the 7th day (0-0).

Brahim El Bahraoui (16th), Chadrack Lukombe (22nd and 41st, sp), Bakr El Hilali (27th) scored for the Renaissance of Berkane, while Imad Riahi (13th) and Redouane Karoui (87th and 90th+12 ) narrowed the gap in favor of the Jeunesse Sportif Salmi.

At the end of this meeting the RSB climbed to 3rd place in the standings with 31 units, while its opponent of the day stagnated in 8th place (29 pts).

For the next day of Botola, the Renaissance of Berkane will move to the Ittihad of Tangier, while the JSS will welcome on its lawn the Mouloudia of Oujda.
