
US Vice President Kamala Harris positive for Covid-19

United States Vice President Kamala Harris has tested positive for coronavirus, the White House announced on Tuesday. The manager canceled all her appointments and meetings.
The number 2 of the first world power, has “no symptoms”, according to the White House which has also assured that she has not been “in direct contact” with President Joe Biden.
Kamala Harris was returning from a week-long trip to California, and “has not been in close contact with the president or the first lady due to their respective recent travel schedules,” said her press secretary, Kirsten Allen, in a statement.
“Today Vice President Harris tested positive for Covid-19 after rapid and PCR testing. She showed no symptoms. She will self-isolate and continue to work from her residence,” she said.
Kamala Harris, did not attend any events or meetings at the White House on Tuesday, including an intelligence briefing that was on her schedule.
