Six boxers represent Morocco at the world championships in Turkey
Six pugilists will make up the Moroccan women’s boxing selection which will take part, from May 6 to 21, in the world championships in Turkey.
A press release from the Royal Moroccan Boxing Federation specifies that the national colors will thus be defended by Yassmine Moutaqui (less than 48 kg), Zahra Zahraoui (-54 kg), Widad Bertal (-57 kg), Chaimae Ghadi (-60 kg) , Oumaima Belhabib (-66 kg) and Khadija El Mardi (+ 81 kg).
In anticipation of this world sporting event, the women’s national team is doing a preparation course in Turkey, which continues until the current 05, where Moroccan boxers will compete with sparring partners in order to raise their level.
Note that the coaching of the national team is provided by national coaches Abdelhak Achik and Youssef Sourour.
