
Nuggets’ Campazzo suspended for Game 1 of playoffs vs. Warriors

Denver Nuggets guard Facundo Campazzo has been suspended one game for pushing Los Angeles Lakers guard Wayne Ellington from behind on Sunday.

The incident occurred with 7:24 remaining in the second quarter of Denver’s loss.
Ellington was fined $20,000 on Wednesday for his social media post threatening Campazzo after the game.
“When I see you I’m putting my hands on you @facucampazzo,” he wrote on Twitter.

Campazzo will be out of the lineup when the Nuggets open the playoffs on the road against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday.
