NFL undrafted free agents: Tracking notable UDFA signings after 2022 NFL Draft
A total of 262 players were drafted by NFL teams in 2022, but plenty more rookies will wind up on NFL rosters before teams head to training camp this summer.
Those latter players were available to sign with any team after they went undrafted over seven rounds.
Some of the biggest names in NFL history were undrafted free agents. The list includes Kurt Warner, Wes Welker, Warren Moon, James Harrison, Antonio Gates and Tony Romo.
