Nad Al Sheba Tournament: Moroccan cyclist Hicham Bennoura wins the title
Moroccan cyclist Hicham Bennoura won the cycling competition as part of the 9th edition of the Nad Al Sheba Sports Tournament in Dubai.
Member of the Chaafar cycling club, Bennouza won 1st place in the race by covering the 71km of the course in 1h 28 minutes 23 seconds and 07 thousandths, ahead of the Algerian Abderrahman Mansouri who achieved a time of 1h 28 minutes 25 seconds and 34 thousandths.
The other Moroccan Anas Abdiya, from the Chaafar club, came 3rd with 1 hour 28 minutes 25 seconds and 48 thousandths.
The cycling competition was organized into four categories, namely Senior Citizens and Residents (male), Senior Citizens and Residents (female), Persons with Special Needs using Road BicyclesOne and Persons with Special Needs using Handcycles.
Organized under the theme “Skills Without Limits”, the Tournament includes 8 sports competitions, namely volleyball, padel, tennis, wheelchair basketball, archery, running, cycling, Jiu-Jitsu, as well as the “Night Challenge”.
