The Coppa Italia is currently at it’s semi-finals stage, where the last four teams will battle it out over two matches with the winner advancing to the final.
The tournament returned this week as the first leg (of two) took place mid-week.
Reigning champions Juventus will be striving to retain the trophy, having won their 14th Coppa Italia last year which was their first since 2018.
This season’s edition has been dominated by Italian Football’s biggest clubs, with Lecce being the only non-Serie A team to reach the round-of-16.

2022 Coppa Italia Semi-Finals
With the semi-finals pitting four strong sides against each other, the Coppa Italia semi-finals has the potential for some high-quality action, as well as a highly competitive final.
City rivals AC Milan and Inter Milan battled it out for a goalless draw last night, as both sides have it all to play for in the second leg next month.
Next up tonight is Fiorentina versus Juventus, which pits Dusan Vlahovic against his former side following his £66m to ‘The Old Lady’ in the January transfer window. The sides have already faced each other in the league this season, with Juve winning late in injury-time to edge the match 1-0 thanks to a Juan Cuadrado goal.
Fiorentina are six time winners of the competition but haven’t won it since 2001, whilst Juve won the tournament four times in a row between 2015-2018 and are defending their title this year. Whichever team advances to the final, it’s likely to be a high-level affair for the fans.
