Uruguay vs Colombia prediction, odds
These two teams match up extremely well in what should be a gripping semifinal, and as the odds indicate, it’s wide open for the taking.
That said, Colombia are the more in-form team. After watching Marcelo Bielsa disappointingly deploy an ugly, foul-heavy tactical setup in their match against Brazil, it is hard to back that style of play to progress further into the competition. Uruguay possess an extremely talented side, which could have taken the game to Brazil, but instead Bielsa unveiled a negative approach more fitting of a massive underdog.
It worked, in theory, as they’re still alive in the semifinals, but it should be no match for a Colombia side which is simply more cohesive and better equipped to handle any dark arts from Bielsa’s squad. They also have the best player of the tournament so far in James Rodriguez, who will look to put his stamp on the game.

Copa America 2024 odds, futures to win tournament
Understandably, FIFA’s top-ranked side Argentina — defending Copa America champions and fresh off a World Cup crown — were the strong favorites to win this year’s competition as the tournament got under way.
Brazil were right there as second-favorites, but that’s largely on brand recognition as they entered the competition in significant turmoil and without injured talisman Neymar. The in-form South American sides are Uruguay and Colombia, while hosts USA were amongst the second tier of title contenders but failed to prove their worth, as they exited early.
